Register today to help one of the children on our waiting list.

More than 30 children at the Hillman Center for Pediatric Transplantation at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC are waiting for a new liver. But you can get them off the waiting list and back to being a kid. You can donate just a part of your liver to a sick child. Your liver will grow back (regenerate) and the part that you donated will be transplanted into one of the children on the waiting list, whose life depends on a liver transplant.

Learn more about who can be a living donor, what's involved, and how to become a donor.
